I am with you as I write this... I too saw the power of network marketing in those circles... I too was beaten by the system, spending money we couldn't afford on books and tapes and function tickets.

I went along to the functions and clapped and cheered with the thousands of people also trapped in the system. Ninety five out of a hundred of them might have been cheering... but their businesses were going nowhere.

I loved the people but the 'fake it till you make it' crowd wore me down. I dropped out of the business in 1994.

But the business never dropped out of me.
